The Raelon 48V 20Ah Lithium Ion Battery is a direct replacement battery designed for the SL20L3 electric pallet jack. Built for warehouse and logistics environments, it features a durable, impact resistant housing and a protected battery management system to support stable daily operation.
This 48V 20Ah battery is engineered for long service life, offering up to 1500 charge and discharge cycles and an expected lifespan of up to 5 years under normal use. It can operate in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C with high discharge efficiency, making it a dependable power source across seasonal working conditions. A compatible 54.6V lithium charger (2A or 3A) is recommended, with typical full charge time around 5 to 7 hours depending on charger output and battery condition.
Important fitment note: Please measure your original battery size, confirm the connector and discharge port style, and verify your equipment requirements before purchase. To maintain performance, recharge the battery at least once every 3 months if stored.
