Coverage Period
The Raelon F4 equipment and its original supplied lithium-ion battery are each covered for one year from the delivery date. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers eligible defects in original parts under normal, intended use.
How Warranty Support Begins
Contact Raelon before returning equipment or parts. Warranty service may begin with remote troubleshooting and diagnosis. Please provide the order number, product serial number where available, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video when relevant.
Depending on the confirmed issue, support may include remote technical guidance and replacement of an original part that Raelon verifies is defective and covered during the applicable warranty period. A reported issue does not automatically require return of the complete equipment.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear; consumable or routine-maintenance items; misuse; improper operation, charging, storage, or maintenance; negligence; accidents; collision or impact damage; water, fire, or environmental damage; overloading; unauthorized repair or modification; use of incompatible parts or accessories; or other damage caused after delivery that is not an eligible defect in an original part.
On-site service, on-site labor, travel expenses, third-party repair labor, equipment rental, business interruption, lost revenue, and other indirect or consequential costs are not included, except to the extent applicable law does not permit an exclusion.
Shipping Damage and Returns
Shipping damage is handled separately from ordinary warranty coverage. Inspect the shipment at delivery, document visible freight issues on the carrier receipt or bill of lading where applicable, take clear photographs, retain relevant packaging and documentation, and contact Raelon within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not return any equipment, battery, or part without prior written authorization. Raelon will provide the applicable instructions and return address for any authorized return.
Applicable Law
This limited warranty does not exclude, restrict, or modify rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
