The Raelon WPL202 Li-ion Electric Pallet Jack is built for warehouses, distribution hubs, retail environments, food logistics, and pharmaceutical handling where compact size, stable movement, and reliable daily performance are essential. With a 4500 lbs capacity, 24V / 100Ah lithium-ion battery, 30A integrated charger, and load backrest, it is designed to handle heavier pallet movement while remaining easy to maneuver in confined spaces.
Thanks to its ultra-slim chassis, 52" turning radius, synchronized castor wheels, and durable PU wheels, the WPL202 is a practical choice for narrow aisles, lorries, compact warehouses, loading areas, and busy stockrooms. A cold storage option is also available for environments down to -20°C, making it suitable for frozen food, cold chain, and pharmaceutical logistics.
The WPL202 is designed for heavier warehouse handling while maintaining operator control and load stability. The included backrest provides additional support when transporting taller or less stable pallet loads.
Equipped with a 24V / 100Ah lithium-ion battery and 30A integrated charger, the WPL202 supports opportunity charging and convenient daily use. The integrated charger helps reduce the need for separate charging equipment and keeps operation simple for warehouse teams.
The WPL202 is built for tight operating environments. Its 470 mm chassis length and 1320 mm turning radius allow operators to move more easily through lorries, narrow aisles, compact warehouses, and busy loading zones.
For cold chain and temperature-controlled applications, the WPL202 cold storage option is designed for reliable operation down to -20°C. This configuration is suitable for frozen food warehouses, refrigerated logistics, and pharmaceutical storage environments.
The Raelon WPL202 comes with a 1.6 kW driving motor, 0.8 kW lifting motor, and full ZAPI controller for smooth and stable operation. Its synchronized castor wheels help improve stability and gradeability, especially when operating on ramps or less even warehouse surfaces.

Shipping costs for electric pallet jacks and stackers vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and shipping method. Standard rates generally range from $150 to $850 depending on your province. If the shipping charge shown at checkout appears incorrect or unavailable, please contact us and we can help arrange a manual order. Check our Shipping Policy for more details.
Orders may be changed or canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer accepted, and cancellation may result in additional shipping or recall charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
Raelon F4 and F4-201 are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Other electric pallet jacks are covered by a 90-day limited warranty starting from the delivery date. If the unit includes a battery, the battery is covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Our limited warranty covers eligible defects in original parts and includes remote technical support. It does not cover on-site labor, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper operation, improper charging, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by accidents or human error.
Within the first 30 days after delivery, if a verified quality issue requires return service, Raelon will cover the approved round-trip shipping costs. After 30 days, Raelon will continue to provide replacement parts and remote technical support for verified warranty issues, but return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the case and approved service solution.
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, original outbound shipping, and any applicable restocking fee. For approved quality-related cases, return shipping responsibility will be handled according to our Warranty Policy and the approved after-sales solution.
