WAREHOUSE PICKUP
Free Pickup in Commerce, CA
Free warehouse pickup is available in Commerce, CA, in the Los Angeles area. Customers may place the order first.
After the order is placed, Raelon will contact the customer by email or phone to confirm the pickup time, exact warehouse address, and pickup instructions. Do not arrive without confirmation.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Timing and Delivery Arrangements
Processing and transit times vary based on product availability, destination, carrier availability, and delivery requirements. Delivery timing will be provided or confirmed as order arrangements are made.
Freight delivery may involve carrier appointments, site-access requirements, liftgate service, or other delivery arrangements where applicable.
RECEIVING & INSPECTION
Check the Shipment at Delivery
Inspect the equipment, packaging, pallet, and included items when the shipment arrives. Note visible damage, missing items, or damaged packaging on the carrier delivery receipt or bill of lading where applicable.
Take clear photographs and retain relevant packaging and documentation where appropriate. If severe visible damage reasonably warrants refusing delivery, document the issue and contact Raelon promptly.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Report Freight Issues Within 48 Hours
Contact Raelon within 48 hours of delivery at info@prolifts.ca or 778-316-8133 if there is visible shipping damage, damaged packaging or pallet, or a missing item.
Failure to document and report freight damage promptly may affect Raelon's ability to pursue a carrier claim.
